Fashion Inspired Photography
Capture the Dress is an opportunity to break from tradition, and produce striking, if unconventional fashion inspired pictures. Our Capture the Dress sessions are not about trashing the dress they are a creative collaboration to channel your inner model and our inner art director. They’re heavily conceptualised shoots that take elements of fashion photography, but unlike the work you see in magazines, infuse the images with a whole lot of your unique personality.
Although primarily sessions are aimed at Bridal portraits, these shoots will work with any dress, how about a prom dress or ball gown? What if you don’t have any of those, easy, just bring any dress (or outfit) and your personality to our fashion inspired shoot, and we will bring our creative vision and this will guarantee incredible results.
We’ve worked in all kinds of places and find that the more unexpected the location seems, the more interesting the photos will be by default. Alternately, we love to take mundane locations and explore the possibilities to find the surprising images. You probably wouldn’t believe us if we showed you the incredible bridal portraits we have taken out in a disused carwash or even a desolate car parks.
There are thousands of marriages each year, which adds up to a lot of dresses. Most of these gowns will spend the rest of their days hidden away in a box, at best. It doesn’t have to be so for today’s modern bride! We encourage brides to participate in an exciting Capture the Dress session. Whether its getting down and dirty, or shooting in an urban environment or even in a studio. Brides want to look and feel stunning, and of course they do on their wedding day, but many of them want to get in the dress one more time and not worry about the stresses of the day.
We are centrally based and cater for Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, and our vast ”local” area includes Sheffield, Lincoln, Doncaster, Rotherham, Chesterfield, Nottingham, Newark, Grantham to name just a few. In addition to that we still continue provide services nationwide. .
